In this piano cover or instrumental, I am playing these groups of notes with my left hand. The main sequence of bass notes is A♭-E♭-A♭, C-G-C, B♭-F-B♭. The other sequence is F-C-F, A♭-E♭-A♭, B♭-F-B♭.
While I’m playing these bass notes with the left hand, I am playing the melody with my right hand and occasionally adding harmonies. In other words, at times, I am adding an extra one or two notes to the melody and riff of the song. I am taking notes from the chords (and adding them to the melody). At times, when there’s a break in the melody, I play chords with the right hand.
