Visually impaired trying to learn to play keyboard - disabled learner?

hi there, my name is Billy and i am trying to learn myself to play keyboard.
I am visually impaired and have a Yamaha403e PSR keyboard.
Is there any help you would be able to provide.
It is very difficult for me as a blind person to get someone to teach me to play keyboard locally, where i live in Scotland.
As soon as i tell them i am visually impaired they do not want to know, it is so frustrating indeed.

I'm hoping this website and forum can maybe help me to succeed,
